Whether you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or just treating yourself to some fine dining, 5Church is a must! Their state of the art interior design and sophisticated ambiance is the perfect setting for all your brunch lovers. This former church, located on N Market Street, has been remodeled into one of Charleston’s top restaurants. The structure’s original stained glass windows and arched roof will immediately capture your attention. Upon walking into 5Church it’s hard to miss Sun Tzu’s, “The Art of War”, text that has been transcribed onto the ceiling. 5Church’s exquisite brunch menu features a great deal of southern comfort food. If you are an Eggs Benedict lover, the Keegan Filion Farms Pork Belly Benedict will blow your mind. This dish features their own house-made English muffin, topped with wilted spinach, tomato marmalade, locally-sourced poached eggs, and whole-grain mustard hollandaise. The Holy Sh*t Breakfast is the perfect entrée to share. The dish is plated with fried chicken, Gili-West Farms eggs, bacon, house-made donuts, biscuits, and house-made jam. It also comes with your choice of one mimosa or Bloody Mary; the entire meal goes for $25 a person (mandatory two-person minimum). If you’re trying not to break the bank, 5Church also offers $9 avocado toast and $13 mimosa carafes. Sadly, 5church’s brunch menu is only served on Saturdays and Sundays so be sure to plan accordingly so you don’t miss out!
